My love whispers in hushed tones, muted euphonies against the echoes of the splintered shards of the heart resounding in a hollowed ribcage. She haunts the sea of the damned, traces of broken glass and forgotten memories in the wake of each footstep. Would that I could free her from the weight of this cursed anchor, we would dissipate into a million sea stars, each rising to hallowed ground above.
